Custom Body Kits

Bodywork that fits the car it was made for. Scanned from the vehicle, shaped against the airflow, made in the material the panel actually needs.

The exchange

What you send, what you get back

Formats and artefacts, stated up front. If a job cannot be described this way it is not ready to start, and that is a cheaper conversation than the first revision.

What you send

  • Vehicle scan or make, model and year
  • Reference imagery or a direction
  • Intended use — road, track, show
  • Fixing and clearance constraints

What you get back

  • Fitted panels
  • Mounting hardware and fixing plan
  • Surface CAD
  • Fitment notes

Method

How the work runs

Four steps, in this order. The sequence is the point: each one is there to make the next one cheaper to get wrong.

  1. Scan

The vehicle is captured so panels are designed against the car in front of us, not against a published drawing of a car like it.

  2. Surface

The form is developed against the scan — shut lines, radii, clearances and the fixings that will hold it on.

  3. Validate

Aero-relevant surfaces are run in CFD before anything is tooled, so shape decisions are made while they are still cheap.

  4. Build and fit

Panels are made in the chosen construction, trial fitted, and adjusted until the gaps are right.

Qualifiers

What we will and won't claim

Read these before you brief us. They are the parts of the job we cannot promise away, so we say them first rather than last.

  • Aerodynamic changes alter how a vehicle behaves. Road-legality and insurance are the owner's responsibility in their jurisdiction.
  • Fit quality depends on the condition of the vehicle underneath — we say so before we start, not after.

Send us the part

A brief, a sketch, a scan or a STEP file is enough to start. Tell us what it has to do and we will tell you what we would need to do it.
