AI Design Generation

A brief, a sketch or a reference photograph becomes a parametric model you can machine from. Generation is the first draft — engineering review is what makes it buildable.

The exchange

What you send, what you get back

Formats and artefacts, stated up front. If a job cannot be described this way it is not ready to start, and that is a cheaper conversation than the first revision.

What you send

  • Written brief
  • Hand sketch or reference image
  • Existing CAD (STEP, IGES)
  • Scan data (PLY, STL)

What you get back

  • Parametric CAD (STEP)
  • Mesh (STL, OBJ, glTF)
  • Render set
  • Design intent notes

Method

How the work runs

Four steps, in this order. The sequence is the point: each one is there to make the next one cheaper to get wrong.

  1. Intake

We take the brief in whatever form it exists — a paragraph, a napkin sketch, a photograph of the part it has to fit. Constraints get written down before anything is generated.

  2. Generate

Candidate geometry is generated across the constraint set, so you are choosing between directions rather than reacting to a single proposal.

  3. Engineer

A person takes the chosen direction and rebuilds it as parametric CAD — wall thicknesses, draft, fastening, tolerance stack — so it can actually be made.

  4. Hand off

You receive the CAD, the meshes and the notes on why the model is shaped the way it is. Every generated design is disclosed as generated.

Qualifiers

What we will and won't claim

Read these before you brief us. They are the parts of the job we cannot promise away, so we say them first rather than last.

  • Generated geometry is a starting point, not a certified part. Nothing leaves here without an engineering pass.
  • The Console handoff is designed so a generated design arrives carrying its disclosure, and so that we never strip it. That link is specified, not yet built.

Send us the part

A brief, a sketch, a scan or a STEP file is enough to start. Tell us what it has to do and we will tell you what we would need to do it.
